Noakes Youth is delighted to offer its support to the Rotary Club of Liverpool West Annual 2007 Children’s Circus Extravaganza, which through funds supplied by Noakes Youth and other organisations, aims to provide underprivileged kids and their carers the opportunity to attend a fun day at the circus which may not have otherwise been possible.
